As 2025 comes to a close, we’ve taken time to reflect on a defining year for Xtrava Group, shaped by growth, partnership, and impact across the global mining and resources sector.
Industry engagement
This year, we deepened our engagement with the global mining community, including attending AusIMM’s Australian Mining Week in London. We were also proud to be a principal sponsor of GRX25, an industry-defining event created by Austmine and AusIMM, focused on innovation, technology, and the future of mining.
A record year of delivery
From a delivery perspective, 2025 was our strongest year to date.

Investing in candidate experience
This year, we launched our Candidate Care Series, focused on providing practical guidance, transparency, and education for leaders navigating career decisions. It reinforces a core belief at Xtrava Group: how people are treated throughout the process matters just as much as the outcome.
Strengthening our advisory network
We also saw the continued evolution of the Xtrava Group Advisory Panel, whose insights have helped shape our thinking, content, and strategy.
Looking ahead to leadership consulting
A key development for 2026 is our partnership with Lead-Well, enabling structured post-placement leadership support. This will provide:
- Expert guidance for leaders transitioning into new roles
- Support for navigating change and complexity
- Leadership consulting to strengthen long-term outcomes
Giving back
Giving back remains central to how we operate. Over the past 18 months, we’ve raised more than $10,000 for over 24 charitable organisations globally, recognising the importance of contributing to the communities connected to our work.
A personal note
2025 was also a significant year personally, with two of our Partners, Tom and Alex, both welcoming a second child into their families.
